The resort is surrounded by clean and safe surroundings, making it a perfect place for families to gather and enjoy old-fashioned fun. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and ensure they have a good time. The rooms are large enough for a family of three and the food is delicious. There are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, from games with the event staff to evening entertainment shows. The resort also offers a woodsy, lodge-type cozy winter escape, perfect for couples without children.
The age groups for teams during activities can be a bit awkward, as they are mostly college students.

I had the best time at this amazing family resort in America. Everything was simply wonderful during my stay. The rooms, grounds, and staff were all fantastic.
Although there were a few areas for improvement, such as the difficulty of the ice skating rink for beginners like myself and the issue of adults driving solo on the viper go carts while children waited, these were minor setbacks in an otherwise fantastic experience.

I had the best experience ever at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The hotel facilities were great, especially the bumper boats and fun events with other teams. The location, in a rural area by a lake, was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic stay.
Don't have any issues at all.

great food and nice activities. We enjoyed the complementary cookies and hot chocolate in the lobby. The location was peaceful and we were surrounded by trees. The lake was really beautiful and provided a lot of entertainment in the summer.
The staff was rude and the room was not clean. The sheets had not been changed and we had to call the front desk multiple times to get someone to clean it.
